Erin Talbot is a kindhearted, motivated, and dedicated Registered Nurse with 26 years experience in cardiology, NICU, and general medicine. She found her passion for aesthetic medicine when she joined Allergan Canada in 2005 and is grateful for the mentorship of many talented specialists and nursing colleagues.
Seeking a challenge closer to home and family, in 2009 she joined Perfexion Skin Care where she put her skills and knowledge to the test. Erin worked with plastic surgeon Dr. Beveridge. and 12 years ago, Erin and Michelle partnered to become owners of the business.
Erin’s years of collaborative experience in Aesthetic Medicine have given her the understanding, and ability to specialize in this field. member of the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses and was honoured to be member member of the board. Erin was clinical trainer for THMA and thrives a teaching environment. Erin enjoys cadaver Labs and has attended to a few and has one coming up in October. Most recently has taken an interest and is passionate about spiritual psychology and is currently doing a certification

Meet Michelle McKee, LPN – Co-Owner of Perfexion Skin Care
Michelle McKee is a Licensed Practical Nurse who graduated from the College of the Rockies in 1997. With nearly three decades of nursing experience, she has built a career rooted in compassionate patient care and clinical excellence.
Throughout her nursing career, Michelle has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including acute care, geriatrics, oncology, geriatric mental health, and walk-in medicine. This diverse experience has provided her with a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach that she brings to every treatment.
In 2005, Michelle co-founded Perfexion Skin Care with a vision of combining medical knowledge with aesthetic treatments to help clients look and feel their best. She is passionate about delivering safe, evidence-based care while creating natural, confidence-boosting results. Michelle believes that every client deserves personalized treatment, honest guidance, and exceptional care from consultation through follow-up.
