Erin Talbot

With over 17 years of experience being a Registered Nurse, Erin Talbot is known for her passionate drive and caring nature. Her interest in cosmetic medicine and love of helping people achieve their best self led her to co-found Perfexion Boutique Medical Spa. Having previously been a part of the ALLERGAN Canada as a Botox/Juvederm Representative, Erin worked closely with some of the best Aesthetic, Dermatologist and Plastic Surgeons in the country. Constantly seeking to improve the scope of skin care in Canada, she has also dedicated part of her career to educating fellow physicians and nurses on the most current techniques and cosmetic practices.

Erin believes in the power of individualized, custom skin care treatments to produce long-lasting, natural beauty results. She has specialized in:

Michelle Steidl

Driven by the desire and commitment to help her patients enhance their natural, unique beauty, Michelle Steidl co-founded Perfexion Boutique Medical Spa. A Licensed Practical Nurse with over 16 years of extensive experience, she is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Speciality Nurses as well as the Alberta Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses.

In an ever changing field, Michelle continuously advances her profession with training seminars regarding cosmetic procedures. Some of her many accomplishments include:

Dr. T. Wayne Sefcik MD FCFP (EM)

Medical Director for Perfexion Boutique Medical Spa, Dr. T. Wayne is dedicated to helping his patients enhance their physical appearance, their confidence and their health. Currently lending his expertise to Okotoks Health Centre (Minor Surgery), Dr. Wayne has held several prominent positions during his successful medical career including:

• Deputy Regional Clinical Department Head (Foothills Emergency Medical Centre)
• Site Chief of Emergency Medicine (Foothills Hospital)
• Head of Emergency at Lethbridge, Alberta

In order to provide his clients with the best treatment service possible, Dr. Wayne attended the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics during which he completed 2 courses - Level 1 Advanced Anatomy Review and Introduction to Botox Cosmetic. Dr. Wayne strongly believes that all facial needs are unique and therefore deserving of an individualized, custom approach, allowing his patients to gain truly remarkable results.
